Collector Car Auction, Friday & Saturday, November 12 and 13, 2010

The Collector Car Auction starts on Friday at 11:00 a.m., and Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Only 130 cars will be accepted for Friday's sale and only 160 cars for Saturday's sale.

Auction cars are limited to:

• Cars 20 years or older
• Vehicle with a market value of no less than $7000.00. 
• Any year Convertible, Corvette, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Street Rod, Muscle Car, Exotic (as approved by Auction), Replica (of 20 years or older car), & Special Interest (as approved by Auction)

The consignment fees are as follows:

• Friday Sale: #100-#120   $200.00
                      #121-#170   $350.00
                      #171-#200   $200.00
• Saturday Sale: #202-#250    $300.00
                          #251-#300    $450.00
                          #301-#370    $300.00
• No-Reserve Friday: $100.00
• No-Reserve Saturday: $100.00

Call for special dealer and multiple car consignment arrangements. The non-refundable consignment fee will hold your number in the sale. A commission of 5% of the sale price ($350 minimum), will be charged to the seller. A buyer's premium will be charged to the purchaser. Consignors receive complimentary admission tickets and complimentary bidder registtration, along with reserved bidder parking privilege, and complentary beer and wine tickets.

A clear negotiable title and completed consignment form must be filed with the auction company no later than 5 P.M. two days prior to sale. If a Creditor has a lien on the vehicle, you must furnish us a copy of both sides of the title, along with a letter from the Creditor agreeing to release the title directly to Zephyrhills Auction, Inc. upon receipt of the specific sum. (Call for the required letter.)

Please check the Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) on your vehicle against those on your title. We cannot accept vehicles when the numbers do not match. Errors or omissions on the title, can be corrected if they are found before the auction. Vehicles may not be auctioned when a discrepancy exists. The consignment fee, in such cases, is forfeited.

Payment for all vehicles sold through the Auction will be made within 14 working days, or seller may take direct payment from the buyer, upon paying the auction company all sums due.

Consignment will be accepted no later than 5 p.m. two days prior to sale. Consignment cars may be delivered to Festival Park commencing Monday, November 8th, or sooner, by special arrangement. Auction cars are displayed to potential buyers commencing Thursday, November 11th.  Enter at the PUBLIC GATE. Follow the signs to the Auction Consignment Gate.
